This Privacy Policy explains how Booth Fitness, LLC ("Booth Fitness", "we", "us") collects, uses, and shares information when you use Booth Fitness on iOS, Android, and web (the "Service"). Contact: [email protected].

2) Information We Collect

a) You provide

Account info: name, email, password, phone number, profile details.

Payment info: processed by Stripe (we don’t store credit card information of any kind).

Communications: emails you send us, forms you submit.

Referral/Booth Club info: referral codes, entries, prize fulfillment details (if you participate).

b) Collected automatically

Usage & device data: IP address, device type, OS, app version, pages/screens viewed, timestamps.

Diagnostics: crash logs and performance data (e.g., via Firebase).

Cookies & similar tech (web): session cookies, analytics, and preferences.

Push tokens: to deliver push notifications (iOS/Android).

c) From third parties

Payments: status and metadata from Stripe.

CRM/marketing & funnels: submissions and campaign data via HighLevel.

Email/SMS delivery: delivery/engagement metadata via Postmark and Lead Connector.

Cloud hosting: service logs and telemetry via Azure.

3) How We Use Information

Provide & improve the Service, including authentication, payments, and features.

Operate subscriptions: billing, renewals, and account changes.

Communicate: account notices and transactional emails/SMS (e.g., receipts, password resets).

Send notifications: push notifications you opt into (disable in OS settings).

Security & integrity: prevent fraud/abuse and troubleshoot issues.

Analytics & diagnostics: understand usage and improve performance.

Booth Club: verify eligibility, track referrals/entries, contact winners, and deliver prizes (subject to Official Rules).

Legal compliance: comply with laws and enforce Terms.

4) Sharing of Information

We share information with service providers/processors: StripeAzureFirebaseHighLevelPostmark, and Lead Connector. We may also share to comply with law, respond to requests, protect rights/safety, or as part of a business transfer. We do not sell personal information.

5) Cookies & Tracking (Web)

We use cookies and similar tech for sign-in, preferences, analytics, and performance. You can control cookies via your browser, but some features may not work without them. We currently do not respond to Do Not Track signals.

 

6) Data Retention

We keep information as long as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Retention periods vary by data type (e.g., payment records may be kept longer for tax and accounting).

7) Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the nature of the data. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

8) Your Choices & Rights

Account settings: update certain info in the Booth Fitness mobile application.

Marketing messages: opt out via unsubscribe links or by contacting us. Transactional messages may still be sent.

Push notifications: disable in your device settings.

Access, deletion, correction: applicable U.S. state privacy laws may grant rights. To exercise, email [email protected]. We may verify your request and deny where exceptions apply.

Authorized agents (CA residents): you may use an authorized agent with proof and verification.

9) Children’s Privacy

The Service is for users 14+ and is not directed to children under 14. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 14 without verifiable parental consent and supervision. If you believe a child has provided personal information without the verified consent of a parent or legal guardian, contact [email protected] to request immediate deletion. Services provided to any minor shall be immediately terminated upon parental request or upon a parent declining to authorize maintenance of necessary personal information.

10) Third-Party Links & Features

The Service may link to third-party sites/apps or include third-party SDKs. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies.

11) Transfers of Information

We operate in the United States. If you access the Service from elsewhere, you understand your information will be processed in the U.S.

12) Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy. If changes are material, we’ll provide notice (email, in-app, or website). Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Policy.
